PGY2 Pharmacy Residency Programs

The PGY2 Pharmacy Residency Programs builds on the Doctor of Pharmacy education and PGY1 pharmacy residency program to contribute to the development of oncology, psychiatric, and pediatric clinical pharmacists in advanced or specialized practice. The Memorial Regional Hospital, Memorial Cancer Institute, Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital and Memorial Hospital West PGY2 programs provides residents with opportunities to function independently as practitioners by conceptualizing and integrating accumulated experience and knowledge and incorporating both into the provision of patient care that improves medication therapy.
