Memorial Physician Group is providing in-person, telehealth and telephone visits. We are taking necessary precautions to keep you safe while visiting our offices. If you need care, please call your physician’s office or schedule an in-office or telehealth appointment.
The mental health professionals at Memorial Behavioral Health Services diagnose and treat an array of mental illnesses, psychiatric disorders and substance abuse issues, including crisis support and intervention. We provide mental health services for adults and children.
We accept many health care and managed care plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. Self-paying patients are also welcomed.

Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week
We offer psychiatric screenings for individuals arriving voluntarily, under a Baker Act or Marchman Act and those being transferred from another community facility. We also provide lab services, medical clearance and mental status exams.

Community Youth Services is an outpatient behavioral health department which provides services to youth, adolescents and families directly in their homes and within their communities. Staff work with patients to encourage and support them within their homes and community, in order to avoid hospital visits. The unique nature of the services provided by the Community Youth Services department has allowed Memorial Healthcare System to lead the way in access to care for individuals and families suffering from physical, emotional and behavioral challenges.

Sliding Fee Scale Policies
Our Sliding Scale Fee Program is designed to provide free or discounted care to those who have no means, or limited means, to pay for their medical services (uninsured or underinsured). All patients seeking healthcare services at Memorial Behavioral Health are assured that they will be served regardless of ability to pay.
