The Oscar + Holy Cross + Memorial Health plan combines our extensive physician networks and time-honored tradition of providing quality care.
We’ve partnered with eHealth*, an independent insurance broker, to help you:
- Review the Medicare plans accepted by your Memorial doctors
- Compare premiums, copays and prescription drug out of pocket costs
- Find the Medicare plan that’s right for you
Call 1-844-973-2217 or 844-973-2210 (TTY 711), Monday - Friday, from 8 AM to 9 PM and Saturday, from 10 AM to 7 PM 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during Fall Open Enrollment from October 15 through December 7.
