PGY2 Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Residency Program
Mission Statement
The Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Residency Program at Memorial Healthcare System is a second year, 12-month post-graduate program committed to providing excellent training and learning experiences to support the resident's clinical, academic and professional interests. Purpose Statement
The PGY2 HSPAL residency builds on the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) education and first year PGY1 residency competencies in the delivery of patient and family centered care. The training program provides residents with opportunities to function independently as practitioners and lays the foundation for continued growth in management and leadership by conceptualizing and integrating accumulated experience and knowledge and incorporating both into the provision of pharmaceutical care.
