About Me
I am an infectious disease specialist at Memorial Healthcare System.
I care for patients with a variety of diseases and infections including HIV, viral infections, meningitis, tuberculous, mycobacterial infections, bacteremia, fungemia, catheter-related bacteremia/fungemia, infectious endocarditis, septic arthritis, prosthetic joint infections, tropical infections, tick-borne infections, infections post-transplant, febrile neutropenia, and fever of unknown origin.
My mother inspired me to become a doctor. She is a nurse, and always encouraged me to pursue a career in medicine. The decision to go to medical school was the best decision of my life.
Now, as a doctor specializing in infectious diseases, I love the challenge of treating difficult cases and working to find the proper treatment. Once we find the right treatment, witnessing someone improve day by day is incredibly rewarding.
At Memorial, we partner with our patients and do everything in our power to listen to and address their concerns. At the end of the day, we are here to serve and do what we can for the people in our community.
